FAQ’s1. How do I contact CRNewton.com? You can contact us by either

calling Customer Service at 800-545-2078, or by writing to us at We will respond promptly to all inquiries. 2. Do you ship outside of the United States? Absolutely! We will ship anywhere in the world. 3. Can I file an insurance claim for items purchased? If you are interested in filing a claim to your insurance carrier, please contact our Billing Department at 800-545-2078 with your request. All items for which claims are filed must have a valid doctor's prescription specifying items needed and dated on or before (up to 1 year prior to) the date of purchase. We will require an original prescription for claims filed by CR Newton on your behalf. Prescriptions may be mailed to Attn: CRNewton.com Billing Department or mailed to: CRNewton.com Billing Department All prescriptions must be legible and clearly state the item, diagnosis and patient's name. A contact name and telephone number should be attached in case we need to contact you. Coverage of items is dependent upon individual carrier's coverage criteria. CR Newton cannot guarantee coverage.
